Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Go Drinks, we’re all about good wines and good times — but we take our logistics seriously to make sure your order gets to you promptly and smoothly. Please review our delivery terms below:

1. Delivery Within Bali

We operate an internal delivery service for orders within the Bali* area under the following conditions:

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • 1-Hour Express Delivery: Available exclusively in the Canggu area, subject to item availability and operational capacity.

  • Scheduled Deliveries for Extended Areas:
    Deliveries to the following regions are strictly scheduled every Tuesday and Friday only:
    Klungkung, Bangli, Karangasem, Bedugul, Kintamani, Buleleng, Jembrana.

  • Minimum Order Requirement for Extended Areas:
    A minimum order value of IDR 1,500,000 applies to all deliveries in the regions listed above.
    Orders that do not meet this threshold will not be eligible for delivery.

  • Delivery is limited to serviceable locations and is subject to operational feasibility.

2. Shipping Outside Bali

  • Shipping Fee: Orders outside of Bali will incur shipping charges calculated based on the total weight of the products.

  • Fee Calculation: The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. If the fee is not shown, our customer service team will follow up with the final shipping cost via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Orders will only be processed after shipping costs are confirmed and agreed upon.

  • Product Exchange:
    Not satisfied with the taste? You may exchange your product for a different flavor, provided that the bottles are unopened or contain at least 80% of the original contents.

  • Store Credit:
    Prefer to switch it up next time? We offer Go Drinks store credit redeemable on future purchases.

  • Full Refund:
    If you're not happy with your order, we offer a full refund—no questions asked. Refunds for credit and debit card payments typically process within 3 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
