"92pts - Wine Advocate Wouldn't you know it. This is the last database entry for me in 2021, and it's a complicated one. The Pasqua NV Hey French You Could Have Made This But You Didn't is a blend of white grapes from 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The actual fruit is 80% Garganega, 10% Pinot Bianco and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, and the fruit comes from a site with volcanic basalt soils. Closed with a yellow wax seal, the wine shows aromas of honeycomb, toasted pine nut and apricot. It closes with good acidity and a mid-weight style. Production is 15,000 bottles.
