Which areas in Bali do you deliver wine to?
We deliver all across Bali, every day from 10AM to 11PM. Most orders arrive in under 60 minutes. Extended areas (Selemadeg, Klungkung, Bangli, Karangasem, Bedugul, Kintamani, Buleleng and Jembrana) are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Weather and road conditions may affect timing, but we always update ETAs before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank transfers, debit and credit cards. In some areas, cash on delivery may also be available. All payment options are shown at checkout.
Is there a minimum order for wine delivery in Bali?
Delivery is free in Bali (T&C apply). Delivery time, fees and minimum order depend on your location: extended areas need a minimum order of IDR 1,500,000. Your cart shows any charges before you confirm payment.
What happens if I don’t confirm my order details (location or phone number)?
If order details are not confirmed before 10:00 PM, the order will be canceled automatically.
