Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Go Drinks, we believe in great wines and smooth logistics. To ensure fair service for everyone and to avoid misuse, we’ve outlined strict delivery and shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Within Bali

We operate an internal delivery service for orders within the Bali area under the following strict conditions:

• Delivery Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Orders outside this window will be processed the next day.

• 1-Hour Express Delivery: Available only in the Canggu area, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

• Scheduled Deliveries (Extended Areas):
  We deliver only on Tuesdays and Fridays to the following regions:
  Klungkung, Bangli, Karangasem, Bedugul, Kintamani, Buleleng, Jembrana.

  • Orders placed on a scheduled delivery day will be processed for the next scheduled day.

• Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum spend of IDR 1,500,000 applies for all deliveries to extended areas. Orders below this threshold will not be accepted or processed.

• Service Limitations: Delivery is only available to locations deemed serviceable and is subject to our team’s operational capacity and discretion.

2. Shipping Outside Bali

• Shipping Fees: Orders outside Bali will incur a shipping fee calculated based on total product weight and destination.

• Fee Confirmation: If the fee is not auto-calculated at checkout, our customer service will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to confirm.

• Order Processing: Orders will be shipped only after full payment and shipping fee confirmation. No exceptions.

Return & Refund Policy

We’re all about satisfaction — but fair is fair. To protect both our customers and our business, returns and refunds are handled under the following non-negotiable terms:

Return & Refund Eligibility

• Product Exchange:
  Exchanges are only available for unopened bottles or those with at least 80% of the contents remaining. Items showing signs of tampering will be automatically disqualified.

• Store Credit Option:
  If you prefer to try something different later, we offer Go Drinks Store Credit valid for future purchases. Credit is issued at our discretion and is non-transferable.

• Full Refund:
  We offer a full refund if you're genuinely unsatisfied — but the product must be returned in acceptable condition.

  • Refunds apply to eligible claims only.

  • Abuse of the refund system will lead to the customer being blacklisted from future orders.

  • Refunds for credit/debit card payments take 3–14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Important Notes

• Return Time Frame: All return/refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.

• Proof Required: You must provide photos and/or videos of the product condition upon delivery or when making a claim.

• Tampering or Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate, fake, or exploit this policy will result in the denial of future transactions and legal action if necessary.
